446.090. The party applying for the establishment of any corner or corners shall give notice, in writing, of the time and place of taking such depositions, to every person or persons who may be the owner of any interest in the lands adjoining such corner or corners, his or their agent or attorney, at least thirty days before the taking of the same. In case the person interested be a minor or disabled as defined in chapter 475, the notice shall be served on the conservator of such minor or disabled person. The publication of such notice in some newspaper printed in the county, at least three weeks consecutively, the last insertion to be twenty days before the day of taking depositions, shall be sufficient notice to nonresidents of the state and all other persons.
