630.535. 1. If the department discontinues the use of any building or real property on any of the grounds of a residential facility operated by it and determines it has no future use for the building or grounds, the department may inform the commissioner of administration that the unused building or property is vacant. The governor may, consistent with appropriations, transfer the control and management of the building or property to another state agency.
2. The governor shall obtain the approval of the director before making any such transfer.
